JUNIOR BADMINTON
INTRODUCTION + INTERMEDIATE
TUESDAY 4pm — 5:15pm
INCLUDING 15 MINUTES FREE HIT TIME WITH PARENTS (5pm to 5:15pm)
Introduction for players new to badminton aged over 5 years old. Children will be coached on basic techniques, form and fitness and encouraged to improve and progress to our intermediate group.
MEMBERSHIP

INTERMEDIATE
WEDNESDAY 5:15pm — 7pm
INCLUDING 30 MINUTES OF LADDER GAMES OR MATCHES (6:30pm to 7pm)
Your coaches will be focussing on developing skills, technique, strength, shot selection and fitness. From here you will have the opportunity to be selected for one of our development squads.

ACADEMY PROGRAMME
THURSDAY 4:30pm — 6:30pm
A programme designed for children who have something extra and have a possible future in High Performance Badminton. Experienced and guest coaches take more intense coaching sessions, plus other fitness type activities & badminton trips. These squads are by selection only.
